Jiangxi Lushan Universe Development & Investment Co., Ltd introduction Jiangxi Lushan Universe Development & Investment Co., Ltd is a foreign-owned enterprise established on December 2003 with capital contributed by Ningbo Universe Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 51 million RMB majoring in the development and construction of Lushan Universe Hot Spring Villa and Hotel project as well as the tourism development of Guanyin Bridge scenic area. The total investment of the Lushan Hot Spring project is more than 200 million RMB. The project, located in Hot Spring Village, Xingzi County, Jiujiang city is abundant in beautiful scenery and hot spring resources.
